The new quarter invites you to swim or linger by the water, serves as a park or for events on the Stadtseebühne stage. Both ponds are now perfect for bathing and swimming.
The huge, unique water area, including the 100-metre lane, the wooden play tower and many other attractions, is surrounded by wooden walkways, which, like the lawn, serve as sunbathing areas. Modern concrete steps make it easy and safe to get into the water. Gentle access points have also been built. Children have their own area in the "Südsee" for playing, splashing around and jumping in the mud.
