The market town of Senftenberg and the Nuhr Medical Center have jointly created a healing forest in Senftenberg covering an area of around 6,500 m². This is a publicly accessible park that can be used by patients of the Nuhr Medical Center as well as by locals and tourists for therapy and relaxation. There are various therapy stations where you can enjoy the forest and discover the healing effects for yourself while reducing stress. Several stations for skill exercises as well as regenerative resting opportunities provide holistic support for therapies and contribute to health prevention in everyday life.
During a stay in the forest, people should be addressed with all their senses.
