Liechtenstein Schloss Valtice (Feldsberg)

Valtice Castle (Feldsberg) was owned by the Liechtenstein family for centuries and was the dynasty's main residence from 1560. The respective owners of the estate employed many famous artists.

The castle is considered one of the most important examples of Baroque architecture in the Czech Republic. The former Baroque garden with statues and small buildings was transformed into a natural landscape park.

The representative rooms of the chateau could be visited in the absence of the owners as early as the 19th century. Today's exhibition rooms give the impression of a representative Baroque residence. The chateau grounds are part of the Lednice and Valtice castles, which are on the UNESCO list.
