Schaugarten Towanda

The Towanda show garden is a special place designed according to the principles of feng shui. Here, guests can listen to the gardener's stories about floating stones, carefully handled dragon eggs and forgotten watering cans. The garden has been growing and flourishing since 2004, and in 2008 it was extended to an adjacent plot. However, the garden is not just a place of plants and stones, but also a place of knowledge and recreation, where children discover their own vegetable garden and an owl monitors the knowledge area. There is a lot to discover in the Towanda show garden: a swimming pond with a sun deck, a cozy chill-out corner called "Pawlatsche" and a soccer stadium. The old farmhouse on the site has been lovingly renovated and now houses a garden café, a garden library and an indoor cinema. But the garden is not just a place for people. It is also home to two chickens and a free-range rooster, which complete the garden's menagerie.
