Description
Litschau Castle is not only known for its history and architectural beauty, but also for its sale of game and fish specialties. The natural diversity is used to offer high-quality game meat. Game specialties such as venison, roe deer or wild boar are ground and processed into salami, for example, and a selection of fish specialties can also be found here. The surrounding waters are rich in different types of fish, which are processed freshly caught. These specialties can also be tasted during a tour of the farm.
