Description
The first documented ownership of Losenheim Castle dates back to 1220. The castle was largely built by Bavarian nobles and was owned by a variety of people over the course of time until it finally fell into disrepair. The "Friends of Losenheim Castle Ruins" association has set itself the goal of preserving and expanding the castle ruins. Guided tours are also organized.
