Waidhofen an der Thaya is home to the largest bald ibis aviary in the world. Feeding the bald ibis is a unique experience. The endangered ibis species has found a home in Waidhofen.
The Northern Bald Ibis project is being followed worldwide and has received great international recognition from renowned experts.
