Romanesque parish church from the period between 1280 and 1300 with a baroque east tower, dedicated to St. John the Baptist, baroque altar. Special artistic gems in the church are the early Gothic baptismal font and the late Gothic statue of the Virgin Mary with the blessing baby Jesus.

Many valuable art monuments - e.g. the "Turned Cross", "Swedish Cross" - can be found in the Sallingberg district.
