Description
The parish has existed since 1283. The late Gothic, three-aisled stepped church (from 1496) with a ribbed vault and remnants of Gothic murals is dedicated to St. Laurentius. On August 5, 1905, the important Austrian Cardinal DDr. Franz König, who was born in Rabenstein, received the holy sacrament of baptism in this church. Interior restoration in 2004. Guided tours available on request.
