In the summer months of July & August, the show forge in the Treffenguthammer is open every Wednesday from 18:00 to 20:00!
The Treffenguthammer is one of the few remaining hammer mills located along the Hammerbach stream. The Treffenguthammer was revitalized in 2001 and the "Schmiederunde Hollenstein" is successfully reviving the old forge. The lower part houses the "Hammerschmiede" and the "Zwergenschmiede", where young and old can put their manual skills to the test. A multifunctional room has been set up on the upper floor, which can be hired for seminars or celebrations. The outdoor area has been extended to include a playground and a play stream for children.
