Description
Since 1984, the Folklore Museum has been displaying a rich collection of objects from the everyday life of earlier generations in the typical rooms of an old winegrower's house, probably from the 16th/17th century. Exhibits on the history of life, living and working in the Mödling area, on winegrowing then and now, historical carts in the barn and a complete smithy (around 1900) provide a varied picture. A farm garden in the inner courtyard was laid out in the style of the old monastery gardens.
