Description
Originally there were seven individual alpine huts on this site on the eastern ridge of the Königsberg, hence the name Siebenhütten. In idyllic surroundings at 1,297m, the mountain hut welcomes guests with a children's playground and south-facing views. It is a meeting point for hikers, mountain bikers and connoisseurs looking for comfort and authenticity. The short ascent from the parking lot and the possibility of crossing the entire Königsberg with views of the Voralpe, Haller Mauern, Sengsengebirge and Dachstein massif invite you to visit.
In winter, it is possible to walk up to the Siebenhütte on snowshoes or touring skis. However, it is not open during the winter season.
