Description
The Bistro Krems serves selected home-made delicacies from the region, either as small appetizers (hors d'oeuvres) or to taste as a variation. The menu also includes beef tartare from organic farmers, fried wild-caught prawns and a seasonal selection of organic mushrooms, prepared in different variations.
The wine and sparkling wine list is French throughout and thus offers a nice alternative to the Wachau wines, which are readily available in the surrounding area.
Phillip Kucera is living his dream, cooking and pampering his guests with his small, young team in a personal atmosphere.
