Rainer Klang's family business has been offering handmade Waldviertel dumpling specialties for 15 years. The pure potato dough is made from boiled, peeled and pressed potatoes. The popular Waldviertel potato dumplings are made without preservatives or flavor enhancers, but filled variations with meat, smoked meat, smoked cheese or grammel are also prepared.
