Our grandparents really did a lot of things right, both in the kitchen and outside of it: not wasting anything, buying locally, not always meat and if they did, then regional and from animal-friendly livestock.
Not making a cult out of food, but still valuing the table as the social center of the family and friends! Cooking with heart and mind - eating with a clear conscience!
With JOSEPH, we want to go back to where grandma was a long time ago.
We are open for you from Wednesday to Saturday from 08:00 - 22:00 and from Sunday to Tuesday between 8:00 - 15:00!
