The cuisine at Restaurant GÖRG celebrates the treasures from the forests, meadows, hills, and waters of the Bucklige Welt and the Vienna Alps region. Traditional elements are combined with extraordinary ideas to create a new, delicate composition that transforms simple ingredients into something special. Guests can choose whether to enjoy their dishes à la carte or be served a multi-course menu.
Located in Katzelsdorf, in the Eichbüchl district, this family-run business sits in an idyllic setting and was, until recently, known as “Kupfer-Dachl.” With the handover of the family restaurant to the next generation, tradition is both honored and reimagined. This is also how the new name “GÖRG” came about—after all, what could be more fitting for a family-run business than its own name?
