Vegan delicacies are on offer, but meat lovers don't have to miss out on anything: the delicious Päuschen burger, for example, with baked potato and fresh lemonade, leaves nothing to be desired.
Inspired by grandma's recipe book, the delicacies are made exclusively from local produce: the ingredients usually come from the restaurant's own farm or from producers in the immediate vicinity.
