For example, the fresh herbs are harvested just a few meters away in the Schallaburg herb garden and our ice cream specialties come from the Holzgruber pastry shop in St. Leonhard am Forst. Our team cooks with love for our guests and serves delicacies ranging from vegan forest & meadow salad to roast pork with bacon cabbage and napkin dumplings.
