Guests are spoiled for choice - from Mostviertel inn cuisine to international dishes with that certain something extra. The kitchen team is always creating new, unconventional dishes. The use of regional and fresh ingredients is a matter of course. The main components are creamy sheep's cheese, fruit and vegetables from local farms, freshly caught Ybbstal trout and char, as well as game from our own hunt.
