Description
The Schmankerlheuriger Linder, located in the picturesque Ahrenberger cellar lane, is a place to enjoy a well-earned snack after climbing the corkscrew lookout tower. The newly renovated cellar vault offers a cozy atmosphere in which visitors can relax with a glass of home-grown wine or grape juice. In summer, the wine tavern is moved outside, where children have the space to play and run around. The menu includes homemade pork specialties such as smoked pork, raw ham, liver pâté, pressed sausage and black pudding. Duck delicacies such as poultry salad or duck breast on black salsify are also available. These are served with typical home-grown wines ranging from Grüne Veltliner, Riesling, Muskateller and Chardonnay to Blauburger and Zweigelt. The Schmankerlheuriger Linder is an unforgettable experience for wine lovers and gourmets.
Wine tours
We offer guided tours around our observation tower, the Ahrenberger- Eichberger Korkenzieher, from which you can enjoy an excellent view of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside. We are happy to round these off with a commented wine tasting and a traditional Heurigen snack.
