In the heart of the Wachau, at the foot of the vineyards around Spitz, the Wiazhaus in the Weinhotel Wachau invites you to enjoy genuine, regional hospitality. Here, traditional inn culture is combined with fine Wachau cuisine - down-to-earth, seasonal and honestly prepared.
Whether in the rustic guest room, on the covered terrace or in the stylish Smaragd Lounge, guests can expect varied cuisine with a focus on regional ingredients at the Wiazhaus.

Culinary accompaniment: wines from our own vineyard
Wines from the estate's own winery are served with the meal - including fresh Grüne Veltliner, fruity Riesling or full-bodied Zweigelt from the estate's own vineyards around the Setzberg and Tausendeimerberg. Guided wine tastings or guided vineyard walks can be booked on request - ideal for groups and wine lovers.
The wine hotel offers variously designed rooms for parties, celebrations or groups - from the cozy vaulted cellar to the elegant Stüberl with space for up to 70 people. The garden with lounge character is also available in good weather.
