The Böck family’s wine tavern, which is cozily housed in a wine cellar, is located in the charming Kellertrift neighborhood of Patzmannsdorf. In addition to wines typical of the region, such as Grüne Veltliner and Zweigelt, Klemens and Bettina Böck also serve homemade juices, fine brandies, and liqueurs. The spreads, pastries, and other delicacies on the seasonally inspired menu are also homemade. They’re usually open only on weekends, but about eight times a year. For special occasions like birthday parties, however, the rustic parlor and the cellar tunnel are also gladly opened outside of regular hours.
