The Diry family's traditional winery draws on two sources for its wines: The majority of the vineyards are located in the Traisental, the rest in the neighboring Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German). Using the latest cellar technology, a fine range of wines is created from this pool, which, with their freshness, fruit and stimulating acidity, are primarily intended to be a pleasure to drink. The selection ranges from fruity rosé to fragrant varieties such as Muskateller and Sauvignon Blanc and, of course, the Traisental DAC wines Grüne Veltliner and Riesling to full-bodied red wines. The family's wine tavern in Zagging is the perfect place for anyone who wants to taste their way through the range with homemade wine tavern delicacies.
