The Aparthotel 'Goldener Stern' is housed in a historic building from the 14th century and is located in the heart of Melk, in the town's oldest street, Sterngasse. Located directly below the famous 'Melk Abbey', it offers a breathtaking view of the old town or the abbey itself.

In 2019, the former 'Goldener Stern' hotel was completely renovated and converted into an apartment building. The high-quality and modern furnished apartments are equipped with fully equipped kitchens, private toilets and bathrooms, flat screen TVs in every room and free WiFi throughout the building. Some apartments have a private balcony and air conditioning.

The proximity to the Danube cycle path and the provision of shelters for bicycles make it an ideal choice for cyclists. All sights are easily accessible, the boat landing stage is only 300 meters away and the train station and freeway entrance are also nearby. Public parking is available at a distance of about 150 meters.
