Description
The Haaghof is a square farm typical of the Mostviertel and is situated on a hill above Ertl, at approx. 650m above sea level. The beautiful landscape of the foothills of the Alps invites you to relax and enjoy hiking and cycling. Various Excursion destinations (Waidhofen/Ybbs, Steyr, Stift Seitenstetten, Sonntagberg, ...) and leisure activities (archery, skiing, zoo, cinema, outdoor swimming pools and swimming opportunities on the Ybbs ...) are in the immediate vicinity.
You are welcome to taste and buy our farm products such as various jams, apple and pear cider, various schnapps and eggs from our chickens. There are several farms in the area where you can buy bread, honey, sheep's cheese, smoked meat, bacon, milk etc. from our own production.
Our little Münsterländer dog Sandy has a lot of energy and loves to be stroked and played with. There are also chickens, dwarf goats, ponies, a donkey, cats and rabbits that love to be fed and stroked. The dwarf goats Bertl, Heidi, Bocki and Susi are a real highlight. They like to be close to people and you can even take them for a walk on a lead. Our two Shetland ponies Gipsy and Princess and our donkey Juli love life on the farm.
