The villa is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large garden and space for up to 10 people.
With around 300m2, the Waldheimat offers plenty of space, both for a social get-together and for a cozy retreat. High rooms, as was customary at the turn of the century, several tiled stoves and a beautiful view over the valley create a cozy atmosphere.
Although the Waldheimat is already over a hundred years old and we endeavor to preserve the charm of the turn of the century, it is technically up to date. In addition to wireless LAN, television and controlled central heating, there is a kitchen equipped with all appliances - from egg stove to microwave - as well as a bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle.
