Here you are all to yourself. A place for people who don't just want to look at the lake, but want to experience it in peace and quiet. The lakeside holiday home near the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and Annaberg offers space for a maximum of 8 people and direct access to the reservoir.
7,000 m2 all to yourself. Not only the view of the lake, but also a boat trip, a sauna session or the whirlpool provide peace and relaxation.
Summer retreat on Lake Lunz
Located directly on Lake Lunz, hostess Manu not only offers two cosy flats, but also yoga and shiatsu sessions for her guests - directly on the lake, weather permitting. Pure relaxation while swimming or hiking and cycling in the region.
On two weekends in July, the wellenklaenge festival takes place on the lake stage on Lake Lunz. A special cultural spectacle.
Bathing pond & paradise garden
Sustainable thinking, beautiful living: At Gut Guntrams, garden art, nature and minimalist style come together to create a holistic experience. The garden lofts seem to float above the ground. It's a great place to spend a few days - and not just in the natural bathing pond.
There is a wine bar and the Honesty Bar for guests. Located near the Veranda restaurant at Gut Guntrams, these are accessible to house guests at all times. Drinks, snacks and home-made delicacies are waiting to be savoured.

Here you live in the countryside, with an idyllic natural swimming pond and plenty of space for the essentials. Guests can choose from four different styles of accommodation : Villa, Studio, Winzerstöckl or Country House. Simply unique!
In winter, you can take a walk through the chalet village on selected dates with host Reinhard Kittenberger himself and his fluffiest employees - e.g. alpaca Johnny Walker.
Swimming in the castle garden
Where wine meets history and warm hospitality: Gut Oberstockstall is a place steeped in history: a place of power and pleasure at the same time. You feel just as comfortable in the stylish rooms as you do in the beautiful castle garden, by the swimming pond or in the in-house restaurant.
Picnic basket, wine tasting or e-bike hire directly on site - everything is possible. It's best to book a package that includes all of this.
With a view of the reservoir
The Seehäuser Dobra blend harmoniously into the natural backdrop of the Waldviertel Dobra reservoir. Sustainably built from regional materials, the 9 lake houses, each named after a tree, create a cosy environment with a view of the tranquil waters of the lake.
Regional products can be purchased in the Gut Ottenstein shop and then placed on the barbecue right next to the lake houses while listening to the sounds of the forest in the evening.
