Hainburg Ungartor train station

The single-track Hainburg Ungartor station along the Vienna S7 rapid transit line is located in the municipality of Hainburg an der Donau in the Lower Austrian district of Bruck an der Leitha. The station has a covered waiting area and a ticket machine, as well as several parking spaces and over 15 bicycle stands.

The impressive Braunsberg mountain provides an impressive backdrop for the Hainburg Ungartor stop, although the plateau can be reached on foot from the station in just half an hour via a family-friendly hike. After visiting the historic route, you will be rewarded with a Celtic watchtower and a fantastic view as far as neighboring Bratislava.
