The huge reception building at Hollabrunn station impresses with its beautiful façade and typical corner ashlars. The centrally located station in the town of the same name offers quick access to the town center as well as numerous other connections to the surrounding region. There are sanitary facilities on site and sufficient waiting areas on the platforms, as well as two ticket machines. There is also a local grocery store offering a wide range of products for rail travelers.
More than 600 parking spaces have been set up in the Park & Ride facility for cars and mopeds. Parking spaces are available for over 200 bicycles at the Bike & Ride station.
Route information
Hollabrunn station is located on the Nordwestbahn line and is a hub for passenger transport in the region. Freight traffic is also served at the large station in the north of Lower Austria.
- Trains on the S3 rapid transit line to Vienna Floridsdorf and Wr. Neustadt depart from here.
- Regional trains to Retz also run here.
- Regional trains to Vienna Meidling and Payerbach-Reichenau also stop here.
- The connected bus station offers numerous connections to the surrounding region.

For example, the Weinradweg-Rivaner, which starts at Hollabrunn train station and returns after visiting many a rest stop along the 60-kilometre route - often with the opportunity to enjoy a good glass of wine.
