Nikolaihof Wachau is the oldest winery in Austria and produces exclusively white wine according to strict organic-dynamic guidelines. In a stylish, cozy atmosphere, the BIO-certified Nikolaihof Weinstube invites you to sit under the imperial lime tree in summer and offers traditional Wachau cuisine and delicious vegetarian dishes, mainly from their own large vegetable garden.
In addition to the biodynamic wines, there are many raw materials on the farm that are processed into high-quality, sensual products.
These include traditional products such as Wachau apricot jam and elderflower syrup, but also very special ones such as green nuts preserved in nut liqueur and, of course, Christine Saahs' cookbooks.
The products of "dieNikolai", the world's first Demeter-certified organic grape cosmetics, can also be discovered, tasted and purchased.
The current range of wines and selected, matured rarities as well as dieNikolai cosmetic products can be tasted, tried and purchased at the farm-gate sale in Salon 77.
