Schwechat station is located south-east of Vienna in the Lower Austrian district of Bruck an der Leitha. Two ticket machines have been installed on site at the station along Vienna's S7 rapid transit line, making it easy to buy tickets. Two covered waiting areas offer travelers protection from wind and weather. Digital train destination displays, loudspeaker announcements and timetable displays provide information about the times of connecting trains.
The spacious Park & Ride facility provides rail travelers with parking spaces for 235 cars and mopeds. The adjoining Bike & Ride station provides secure parking for 190 bicycles.

Schwechat Railway Museum
The railroad museum is located directly at Schwechat station. Historic locomotives and traction engines, numerous photos and signal boxes allow visitors to immerse themselves in the history of the railroad. Special exhibitions promise a varied program and invite young and old to come back again and again and be amazed.
