The regional microbrewery s'Edla focuses on creative craft beer varieties and new flavors. Joachim Schnabel began in 2014 with a brewing course for beginners and now offers a wide variety of craft beers from his own production. He is always on the lookout for new ingredients and creative beer compositions. This passion for innovation is constantly giving rise to new varieties, and Joachim Schnabel also offers specially brewed "event beers" for weddings and celebrations.
