Description

The village of Hötzelsdorf in the Lower Austrian district of Horn is home to the large, impressive reception building at Hötzelsdorf-Geras station. While there are also publicly accessible sanitary facilities in the station's waiting room, the ticket machine is located in the waiting berth on the island platform of the through station.

Nearly 70 parking spaces for cars and mopeds are provided at the adjacent Park & Ride station, while a number of bicycle parking spaces also offer carefree access to the train for bike fans and transfer passengers.

The Hötzelsdorf-Geras stop is located along the Franz-Josefs-Bahn line.

  • Regional trains stop here on their way to Gmünd and Ceske Velenice.
  • Trains to Vienna to Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof are also served.
