Station Neulengbach city

Train station

Description

On the route of the Westbahn, rail travelers encounter the centrally located Neulengbach Stadt station. In addition to the second station located in Neulengbach, the Neulengbach Stadt stop is centrally connected to the city center and offers a wide range of cafés, stores and medical care within just a few minutes' walk. In 2020, the stop was extensively remodeled and made even more comfortable by installing a barrier-free elevator system. The large glazed waiting area underlines the charm of the nostalgic reception building, which was included in the revitalization - instead of being demolished. The two platforms can be reached safely via an underpass, waiting rooms and sanitary facilities are provided for passengers, as are two ticket vending machines for convenient ticket purchase.

400 covered parking spaces for cars and mopeds are provided for rail passengers in the Park & Ride parking lot. Also on site are nearly 65 parking spaces for bicycles.
