Route information

• A section of the narrow-gauge railroad, which was formerly operated as the Ybbstalbahn, is served by the Waidhofen/Ybbs Citybahn over a length of 3.1 kilometers. The colorful trains of the Citybahn serve six stops that connect Waidhofen an der Ybbs train station with the town center.
• The Waidhofen/Ybbs Citybahn trains to Waidhofen an der Ybbs and Pestalozzistraße stop here every half hour on weekdays and every hour on Sundays and public holidays.
• Tickets for travel on the Citybahn can be purchased directly on the train, as well as online and at all ÖBB ticket machines.
