Train station Neumarkt a. d. Ybbs-Karlsbach

The unmanned Neumarkt an der Ybbs - Karlsbach station is located in the market town of the same name in the Lower Austrian district of Melk. The platform is accessible via an underpass, and there is also a ticket machine opposite the elevator installed there so that tickets for the train service can be purchased around the clock. Timetable displays and loudspeaker announcements provide sufficient information about current rail services.

The Park & Ride facility was expanded at the beginning of 2019, creating parking spaces for a total of 50 cars and 10 mopeds. 45 bicycles can be parked in the Bike & Ride station at the station.

The local leisure center is just a 5-minute walk from Neumarkt an der Ybbs-Karlsbach train station. The spacious recreation center offers a natural swimming lake, a heated non-swimmer's pool, a children's paddling pool and a water slide. There is always a place to relax and unwind on the extensive sunbathing lawn and cool off if necessary. The water playground is particularly popular with younger visitors.
