Heuriger Josef & Beate Jatschka

The Josef & Beate Jatschka winery and wine tavern, now in its fourth generation, is located in the heart of the wine village of Stetten. On a vineyard area of 3.5 hectares, a large number of varieties thrive in the Mitterviertel, Hundsleiten, Neuberg, Sandtal, Satzweingarten Fuchsenbügel and Temmenreit vineyards. These include Grüne Veltliner, Welschriesling, Rivaner, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Mukateller, Donauriesling, Donauveltliner as well as Zweigelt and Blauburger. Since 1997, the red wines have also been matured in barrique barrels. Viticulture follows the guidelines of integrated production, a production method aimed at the economic production of high-quality grapes, wine and other grape products. The winegrowing ecosystem is considered as a unit and all care measures are included. Particular emphasis is placed on the protection of human health, the conservation of production and the environment.
