The Knoll family values tradition. This can be seen not only in the labels, which have remained unchanged since 1960 and feature St. Urban by the famous Wachau painter Stoitzner, but above all in the consistent quality of the wines. With their fullness of flavor and elegance, they are among the very best year after year. Outstanding vineyards such as Schütt, Loibenberg, Kellerberg, Pfaffenberg and Kreutles form the basis for fruit-driven wines that already shine in younger vintages, but only reveal their full potential as they mature. One of the family's "hobbyhorses" is the production of noble sweet wines from local grape varieties: from elegant Auslese and Beerenauslese to highly concentrated Trockenbeerenauslese - depending on the possibilities of the vintage.

New: The new winery building, also in beautiful Brunner yellow, is located at the rear of the main building on the opposite side of the street. Here, a stylishly elegant tasting room invites you to sample the outstanding Knoll wines.

Tip: Emmerich Knoll's wines can also be enjoyed in the "Loibnerhof", one of the best Wachau restaurants, located right next door.
