Bio à la Karth is a family-run organic market garden in Pulkautal in the Weinviertel region, specializing in the sustainable cultivation of seasonal vegetables and their direct marketing. Mabel and Torsten Karth's farm produces regional organic vegetables by hand, harvests them fresh and sells them from the farm, at markets and via pick-up stations in the region and in Vienna. The focus is on natural cultivation methods, high quality and direct contact with customers.
