Farm vacations, sleeping in a shepherd's hut - and lots of happy sheep: at the Österreicher organic farm, everything revolves around sustainability, environmental protection and animal welfare. Sheep kids naturally stay with their sheep mothers. Regional added value is emphasized through direct milk processing on the farm. In workshops and courses especially for young people, children can take part in feeding and milking - and "get involved" in the production of curd cheese or yoghurt.
