We are a family business in the southern Waldviertel, at an altitude of approx. 840 m above sea level. We have been farming organically since 2017.
Our organic chicken impresses with its good taste. The meat is slightly darker and has a lower roasting loss than conventionally fed chickens due to the freedom of movement on the pasture and in the barn.
Careful handling of the animals and stress-free slaughtering is very important to us and a basic requirement for the best meat quality.
