We, Harald and Anja Hochedlinger, have been running our parents' dairy farm together with our two sons since 2013.
The typical "Mostviertler Vierkanter" is located in the municipality of Ferschnitz. With the support of our parents, we lovingly look after 40 dairy cows and their offspring.
In 2024, we started processing our farm's own milk into regional ice cream. Seasonal fruit, high-quality regional ingredients and lots of love are the best ingredients for our high-quality ice cream.
You can find the 100ml and 400ml tubs in the surrounding farm stores, Taverns and at the market in Ferschnitz.
