We, Martin & Gudrun Papst, run our high-performance dairy farm in the heart of the Mostviertel region. Our herd comprises 40 dairy cows and 50 heifers and calves, which we look after lovingly and produce milk responsibly with a high level of animal welfare. Milk is therefore the main branch of our small-structured farm in the 2nd generation.
Since the beginning of 2023, however, we have also been building up a second mainstay, the direct marketing of regional ice cream. We produce high-quality, sustainably packaged ice cream from our own milk and fruit from the region and market it through partner shops/farm stores in the area. Because transparency is particularly important to us, we share our farm life & the EISPAPST journey with our customers every day via Instagram.
