Mrs. Elfi Deuretzbacher produces around 35 different varieties, depending on the season. What makes them special: Her jams are stirred and scooped by hand. Just like in her grandmother's kitchen, she never boils more than 27 jars at a time. This means that the natural and fruity taste is retained thanks to the shorter heating time. Only hand-picked fruit of the best quality is used.
Delicious liqueurs are prepared according to the same quality criteria. For connoisseurs, there are also around 15 varieties of fine brandies from the company's own distillery. The product range is rounded off with specialties such as jellies, pickled fruit, fruit mustards and chutneys etc.
