Bacon and many other award-winning pork and beef delicacies (smoked meat, sausages, bacon, gammel, lard, roast fat, sausages, spreads, etc.) can be purchased directly from the producers. Many of these products have won awards at various exhibitions. Homemade juices such as liqueurs and brandies, syrups, Cider and various fruit juices are also available. Willis Bauernhof is a member of the Waldviertler Kriecherl gourmet region and has dedicated itself to the loving processing of this versatile local fruit.
We produce nectar, fruit spread, chutney, syrup, brandy and liqueur from it.
We also produce jams (Kriecherl, apricot, blackberry, currant, Kriecherl-Ribisel, Gartentrio, Herbsttraum) and lovingly put together gift baskets with regional products according to your wishes.
