Katherina and Gerald are passionate about sheep, milk and cheese, which is why they built a barn for Lacaune dairy sheep and a farm cheese dairy. They see it as an important task to keep the sheep healthy with fresh hay and grass and to provide them with a perfect environment. Because in the end, all of this is reflected in the milk. And high-quality milk is what is needed to produce the cheese specialties. Original organic sheep's milk cheeses are produced.
