"Retzer Delikatessen" is a family business that processes regional vegetables into pickled vegetables in jars.
The Neubauer family incorporates the unique and unmistakable characteristics of their home region - the Weinviertel - into their products.
In the beginning, they specialized in pickled gherkins and beet salads. The range now includes over 100 products.
