Description
The Hirschbüchler winery, which also houses a wine tavern and guest rooms, looks back on a long family tradition of winegrowing. Until the beginning of the new millennium, the grapes were exclusively sold. However, when Daniel decided to take over the family business, the focus shifted to producing their own wine. The first own wines were produced in 2000. Despite the relative youth of the winery, an impressive variety of different wines are vinified. The Hirschbüchler winery's diverse range is a convincing argument for a visit.
