Description
The Leopold Krottendorfer winery, located in Röschitz, just a few kilometers from the wine village of Retz, is a place where top-quality Grüne Veltliner thrives. This family business cultivates vineyards on the foothills of the Manhartsberg, where the grapes for the traditional Grüne Veltliner, also known as Weinviertel DAC, grow. The range consists mainly of white wines such as Riesling, Frühroter Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Gelber Muskateller and Sauvignon Blanc, which complement the Grüne Veltliner in its seven different flavors. The red wine portion is represented by Zweigelt, Blauburger and the Cuvée Barrique. A Zweigelt Rosé has recently been added to round off the variety.
