Doris and Stefan Pasching-Klinglhuber took over the family business from Erich and Elfriede Klinglhuber in 2015. The family can proudly look back on over 400 years of winemaking tradition. The Pasching-Klinglhuber family continues this tradition, but also cultivates the vineyards in a future-oriented manner, just as their parents did. Quality-oriented pruning, careful foliage management and careful hand-picking at the perfect ripening time of the grapes are a matter of course. In the cellar, they aim to achieve the optimum quality from the grapes in the wines.
